"I was previously an Allstate insured until the Harmony Agency really let me down with poor service an increasing my homeowners insurance $400 in one year. Then when it went up to $1,400 a year for a small house I couldn’t believe it. I had been an Allstate customer since the 80’s but I’m tired of paying for people who build their houses in bad locations. While I have not had to use my homeowners insurance I’m paying for those people who make bad decisions on the location of where their house is and we all pay for it instead of Allstate increasing the premiums of those people who constantly have to use it! Hans Schell Agency has treated me right even when a drunk driver hit me and totaled a brand new car and even after a 5 car pile up!
