"I was previously an Allstate insured until the Harmony Agency really let me down with poor service an increasing my homeowners insurance $400 in one year. Then when it went up to $1,400 a year for a small house I couldn’t believe it. I had been an Allstate customer since the 80’s but I’m tired of paying for people who build their houses in bad locations. While I have not had to use my homeowners insurance I’m paying for those people who make bad decisions on the location of where their house is and we all pay for it instead of Allstate increasing the premiums of those people who constantly have to use it! Hans Schell Agency has treated me right even when a drunk driver hit me and totaled a brand new car and even after a 5 car pile up! Bye Allstate I’m a State Farm homeowner and vehicle insurance person now and the service is so much better and the Hans Schell Insurance agency listens to you!!! Especially the service I received from Aaron he listened to me and my needs and didn’t try and sell me options I didn’t need!! Thank you Aaron for helping me!!!"
